Pastrami sandwich with kimchi and scrambled eggs

Having fun as I can, a luxurious breakfast, very bright in flavors and spices!
Assembled like this - toasted tartine, smeared with sour cream and horseradish sauce (seasoned with salt), blanched spinach, kimchi and pastrami from Lets pastrami, topped with scrambled eggs, topped with kimchi sauce and pink pepper.
