Hi, I'm Maiia.

My journey started as a bartender in an underground techno club in 2010.

I've spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry, working as a barista, opening coffee shops, training teams, and developing drinks. My most important project was Temp Coffee, where we created a unique space with our own coffee roasting and breakfasts. I realized my true passion is the world of taste, including new products, unexpected combinations, and gastronomic traditions.

Now, I live in Lisbon, and Table Fable is where I share my recipes, discoveries, and inspirations.
