Fogo de Chão
The number of Brazilians in my life has increased sharply, so I inevitably ended up at a Brazilian barbecue.
What's the format: you pay 25-30 euros for entry, there's a buffet with Brazilian snacks and side dishes, and waiters constantly come up to you with huge pieces of meat roasted on fire on a skewer (mostly beef, sometimes sausages, sometimes chicken) and cut off the parts you like. They offer 12 types of meat, if you pay 25 euros - I really enjoyed the beef parts maminha and picanha. They also come with pao de queijo (I loooove it!), grilled pineapples with cinnamon and all sorts of other snacks.
I went to Fogo de Chão, which is a chain, at the UBBO shopping mall (where fate took me), but I think it's good at other locations too. While we were there, at least 4 tables were celebrating birthdays, it was fun
This is a protein bomb, of course, but it's worth trying at least once in your life! Google Maps Google Maps
