Erisera
Erisera 50 minutes from Lisbon, and you're in a favorite spot for local fashionistas - Eriseira. A small town for surfers, clean, tidy, decent, houses are painted blue and reminiscent of Greek islands. At the same time, unlike other surf villages, there are specialty coffee shops, trendy bakeries, restaurants, local brands, and even galleries with good items from local artists. I once ran into a concept store with a coffee shop, and they sold knitted hats from a Moscow girl, just like that! Where to eat and drink? Costa Fria My absolute favorite. Open kitchen, stylish red lamps inside. Everything is good! Of course, you need to order dishes from the Pao section (i.e., bread) - they bring you a giant slice of freshly baked bread on sourdough, grilled with herbs and olive oil, and you can choose a snack - we had sardines. Perfectly marinated, with pickled onion and capers. We also ordered mussels in tomato sauce. Prices are biting, but absolutely worth it, especially in the summer - you sit on the summer veranda, looking at the endless ocean from a height, sipping wine. We had a glass of Azores rosé, an interesting bottle, mineral, like most Azores wines, but the acidity is more reminiscent of cranberries than strawberries with cream, which is not typical for rosé. Petiscaria Âncora A petiscaria in Portugal is usually a restaurant/gastropub specializing in small snacks with wine, something like a tapas bar (or a snack bar, haha). Here, you need to order a plate with everything at once - on our plate were scallops with coconut sauce, shrimp and mussels, tuna ceviche, mussels, slightly sliced seaweed (I couldn't help but think they were collected on the local beach). Everything is delicious, the only thing is the too acidic dressing for the mussels, but it was okay for me. And the wine! Moscatel, grown somewhere near Lisbon, dessert-tropical profile with a leaning towards lychee. The Capsule A coffee shop with its own roasting from Ukrainians. I somewhat disagree with the style of roasting, for me it's a bit flat, but the cold brew was delicious, the equipment is top-notch, and the place is nice - blue walls, modern art, veranda. Tiger & Chick Another spot with specialty coffee, there's a choice of several roasters, marzocco, there's brunch and pastries. Bocca I prefer Neapolitan pizza, with airy edges, and I haven't tried a successful Roman one yet. But in this place, I really liked it! Thin, correct filling, crispy light base. And what a beautiful Italian waiter, mama mia! We ordered pizza with bresaola, pizza with anchovies, and tiramisu. Nice! Mar das Latas Opens at 16.00, it's better to come not too late, because the places are taken like hot cakes, and this is completely predictable - summer seating with a view of the ocean (if you don't have a place, they'll give you plates to stand by the fence with wine and enjoy the views). So, the wine selection is large, oysters are fresh, from Algarve, bread is terrible, waiters are sweethearts.
